How much notice do I need to give before a trip?

Same day and future reservations can be made anytime.  We recommend scheduling your reservation at least 24-48 hours in advance.  Same day reservations are subject to availability.

Can someone else ride with the passenger?

Yes.  Supporting your loved one is essential.  There is no extra charge for a second rider.

How do I cancel a reservation?

You MUST call (205) 761-8947 at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time to cancel your trip.  Failure to cancel your reservations will result in a cancellation fee being charged.

What level services do you provide?

Our transportation service can pick you up from your doorstep and drop you back at the same place where you were picked up.  We offer door-through-door and hand to hand services.  

How do I know your Drivers are safe?

Our drivers are skilled and trained in CPR, wheelchair securement, and defensive driving.  All drivers have completed a background check and drug/alcohol screens.

Will the Driver wait with me during the appointment?

The driver will drop you off and return when you are done.  The driver will ensure staff caring for you during your appointment have their contact number and you will be provided with it as well.  If needed, the driver may wait for you for an additional fee if you would like.  You may contact us to make this request.

Will the Driver be able to help me get in and out of the vehicle and assist me to the location of my appointment?

Yes.  We take pride in ensuring you make it safely to your appointment.

How much does a round trip cost?

The cost varies based on several factors including time /distance.

Yes.  You can use non-emergency medical transport services for any reason that requires you or your loved one to leave the house.

Can I use the service for purposes other than visiting the doctor?
